5. Payments & Fees
All service fees will be communicated to the client before commencement of the relevant project or service.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund eligibility will depend on the nature of the service and the stage at which cancellation is requested.
Once work has commenced, payments for completed work, third-party expenses or services already delivered may not be refundable.
For recurring services, cancellation requests should be communicated in advance according to the terms agreed with the client.
Any applicable refund will be processed according to the agreed service terms and applicable law.
7. Digital Marketing Results
Digital marketing involves various factors outside Sapthadigi’s control, including search engine algorithms, advertising platform policies, market conditions, competition, audience behaviour and changes to third-party platforms.
Therefore, Sapthadigi does not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, revenue, impressions, followers, conversions or return on advertising spend unless expressly agreed in writing.
We will make reasonable professional efforts to optimise campaigns and marketing activities based on the agreed objectives.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, hosting providers, website plugins, AI platforms and other external services.
Sapthadigi is not responsible for changes, interruptions, account restrictions, policy changes, outages, algorithm updates or actions taken by third-party platforms.
Third-party fees may be separate from Sapthadigi’s service fees.
9. Website Development
For website development projects, the client is responsible for reviewing and approving the content, design and functionality provided during the project.
Any additional features, revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, domain registration, hosting, premium themes, plugins, software licences, stock images and third-party services may be billed separately.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sapthadigi retains ownership of its proprietary processes, strategies, templates, frameworks, methodologies, tools and pre-existing materials.
Upon full payment, the client will receive the agreed final deliverables created specifically for the client, subject to any third-party licensing restrictions.
Third-party assets, software, fonts, images, plugins and other materials remain subject to their respective licences and terms.
11. Confidentiality
Sapthadigi will take reasonable measures to maintain the confidentiality of information shared by clients for the purpose of delivering services.
Confidential information will not be intentionally disclosed to third parties except where required to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, or where the information is already publicly available.
