Welcome to Aangan, a courtyard for comfort food.
An aangan is the open courtyard at the centre of an old Indian home — where the whole family gathered, where the tawa was always warm, and where every recipe was learned by watching, not reading.
"We still cook the way our grandmothers did — one pot, one flame, and enough patience to let the spices do their work."
That's the feeling we've tried to bottle here: handwritten recipes passed down three generations, slow-cooked in small batches, and served the way you'd feed family — generous, unhurried, and a little bit vintage.
